One piece of feedback to the manufacturer: the plastic bag the tiles come bundled in (and the velvet bag, actually) make it pretty challenging to get the bag inside, the unit needs just a few more mm of height, or you need a differently designed tile bag, perhaps longer. It was a 20th anniversary present to my in laws who travel a lot, and they seemed genuinely delighted. Happy customer here. The other travel scrabble sets I've seen are totally rubbish and barely useable. The rack for the seven tiles is a very tight fit and being a travel version of the game the tiles can very easily fall off sideways.
