I'll be back in a year to let you all know how I'm doing! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Versatile and good resistance levels for the average person. *by P***R on February 21, 2022* I have free weights and a bench but wanted a some more versatility and didn’t want to spend a lot more money on equipment and these fit the bill. So far the bands seem durable and high quality. The heaviest band does offer a lot of resistance. I think it feels like 40 to 70 lbs in a 2 handed curl. For the weighted pull ups it feels like it takes off 80 to 120 pounds (it’s a bit tricky to figure out the weighted pull up at first) The resistance gets greater as it stretches to its limit, so the 160 lb is probable accurate, but you will unlikely ever come close to feeling the 160lb limit. Most average people will be very happy with the resistance levels. My wife was fine with the lower 3 level band. I have found many uses for all of the bands.
