Will work with 05 Silverado, 5.3 Flex, VIN Z *by M***B on Reviewed in the United States on January 2, 2018* Contacted seller prior to purchase to verify that this kit is in fact non-AFM and that it would work with my 05 Silverado 5.3 Flex, VIN Z. Seller responded quickly and assured me that it was the correct kit. Repaired my engine this weekend using this kit, and it had all the required parts for a lifter replacement, as well as some additional parts that I did not need. The only issue that I ran into was that the rocker lever cover seals were barely too small to stay seated in the groove of the cover. This was not a problem for me, as my existing seals were recently replaced and acceptable for reuse.
