A: I have a DCE 33 and I have been using this cleaner for 6 years. It works great.

A: We have been using this product with our Scotsman for more than two years (about every six months) and all is well!

**Q: What’s the difference in cleaning and descaling? do i do both when clean light goes on? i have the scn60 nugget ice machine**
A: cleaning on your machine cycle is just like a dusting/sweeping floors 
when you descale your are actually removing black slime /and calcium buildup from your machine just like a good mopping of floors * recommend 0nce every 3-4 months 
*put recommended proportion of Scotsman solution in the ice bin in the trough and run till clean cycle light is off
do not use the next 4 runs of ice until they have melted out and replaced with new
