Review: Feature rich, budget friendly and hastle-free installation - Been using it for almost a month now. Really good product. Taste of the water is almost like packaged drinking water. Dont know how they do that. But kudos to that. Before buying this product I did lot of research and tried some of the local eureka forbes dealer in my area. A word of advise to all. Please dont purchase from local dealers. They are selling end in line models for high price. The ones you will get at any retail store or online is the latest model with advanced features and at the best price(the dealer will curse these products unnecessarily and will try to sell their's probably to meet targets). Morover the installation service was promt and experienced. I didn't face any issue with that. Allways remember to add additional filters to increase the longevity of the actual filters if the ppm count is high in your area. Ours is around 200, I am using one just to be safe. Till now very satisfied with the product. No issue at all. Will update after a bit of use.

The above mentioned statment in brackets was my first review . Here is the second review after raising complaint with both desertcart and company. The product is very good its functioning is smooth. The quality of water is satisfied as expected. The real trouble lies in installation. Three things keep in mind before buying this product. 1.search for service center or available technician near by your city or town or semi town prior to product delivery. 2.In the case of company provided technician,as soon as he contacts you , ask him to carry pre filter (₹900-1000) it is very essential for purufier to sustain for long life and healthy functioning.Any how you are supposed to pay him installation charges irrespective of free installation. So,ask him to bring all tools including TDS meter, drill machine,nails extra pipe. 3.Check TDS of raw water inlet and purifier water later and also check automatic switch off option.

A: It can be used for cooking but preferably buy non copper model. Copper model changes taste of water. Water does not taste good.

A: Not in UV And UF, it has to be RO in that case

**Q: UV e boil...means what? Is it boiled water?**
A: No hot water

Review after 1 week usage: Overall its a top class product!!! Sometimes people who buy the product and get satisfied they don't bother to give rating for the product. On the other hand, people who face any issue they provide their experience. This is the reason most of the reviews indicate negative details. This is a fact that if someone gets faulty product or face any issue in the installation they have right to get the resolution, so Eureka Forbes must respond to such feedbacks. About product: Its very cool and esthetics are awesome. Function, specially auto of on full-tank is amazing. So I would suggest go for it. Tip for people who face delay in installation: Just search for local agency who provide AMC for Aquaguard water purifier, call them and tell your installation request number. Either they will reply when it will be installed, or they will provide the contact details for concerned person.
