This is her review.I have tennis elbow so ordered the compression sleeve in size medium based on the sizing chart (I measured 10 1/2"). It was nicely constructed, lightweight comfortable material but offered no compression. I emailed the company to see if I could exchange it for a small and received a phone call from them in less than two hours. The gentlemen I spoke with assured me that it wasn't a problem and he'd send me a size small immediately. When I explained what my problem was he told me that he'd also include the elbow brace at no charge. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant customer service experience. I received both within two days. The size small compression sleeve was definitely a better fit and does offer relief with the discomfort in my arm. When I played tennis for the first time in three weeks I wore the compression sleeve and took the brace with me just in case. After a couple of serves I knew I couldn't continue so put the brace on (under the elbow) and what an unbelievable difference it made; I was able to play three sets with minimal discomfort. If I didn't have the brace I would not have been able to continue.
