Good for recovery! If you are dairy free, this is the best and possibly only decent oral supplement. The dispenser is very straightforward once you understand that all you have to do is twist. Do this with the lid on and it won’t spill everywhere if you are clumsy.

They work when you can get them out of the dispenser. Nearly impossible. Took my 5 minutes to get 5 pellets out. I’ll be looking for another brand.

Love this as an alternative to tylenol or ibuprofen. This brand is great.

I ordered this particular brand of Arnica Montana because I am lactose intolerant. Another brand I used caused me gastric discomfort. I followed the OLLOIS package/tube directions and was able to dispense 5 pellets the first time I opened the container. That was also the last time the tube worked properly. When time for my next dose, I could not get any of the pellets to fall out into the cap.. I had to disassemble the top of the container to access the pellets.

I like that it is a natural pain reliever and it isn’t too expensive.

I love the ingredients/lack of allergens, but I could not get the pellets out and I truly needed them. Very disappointing. Had I been able to open the product, I'm sure I would've given a 5 start review, because I know arnica is great, and this is a clean brand.
