A: I usually drink it straight but they can be mixed with something else but I would be cautious since it is high in caffeine that you'll want to mix it with something that doesn't have any caffeine in it

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works for me!

I am sure there are people out there for whom 5 Hour Energy doesn't "work" or causes unpleasant side-effects. But, fortunately, I am not one of those people. It works fantastically well for me! What I do is drink 1/2 a bottle of the Extra Strength variety. The reason I originally started doing that was because I first used 5 Hour Energy during a period where I needed to stay awake for 24+ hours and you are limited to 2 bottles per day (if you follow the warnings on the label). So I figured that rather than getting the normal strength and only lasting 10 hours, I could get the Extra Strength and stretch it out over 20 hours. That worked beautifully and on the rare occasions I have had to stay up 24+ hours since then, I have always turned to 5 Hour Energy. More frequently though, I use it to get me through a particularly slow afternoon at work where I am just dragging and unable to focus. I'd say maybe once every two weeks or so, when I'm feeling the afternoon blahs, I will drink half a bottle of the Extra Strength and then I have no trouble making it through the rest of the day. I love how quickly it "kicks in" too. I'd say within 10 minutes or so I am feeling like a whole new person.
