Excellent value, fantastic taste, great for entertaining, butter strained with cheese cloth, a dash of olive oil, garlic, premium  Italian Parmigianino cheese and a dash of fresh chives, broiled until cheese melts to a golden Brown, life is great again, enjoy. Caution, make sure product is Not past date or expired, can be hazardous to your health. These are large helix pomatia snails, prepared in the traditional French style. Tender and juicy when properly re-read. I grew up with fresh snails so anything less is, well, less. Fresh snails are sweet and succulent as well as tender and juicy.
