For a beginner, I’m pretty happy how the tests are coming out. I grabbed a scrap 3D printed part to get some practice. The seller's videos really helped out. Drilled a 3.55 mm (9/64”) hole (I didn’t print in the hole I was testing, just drilled it instead) That turned out to be a really good hole size. Insert went right in, but still grabbed. I didn’t debur the hole or anything and the outer melted edge was flush to the piece. Was really easy and I have a lot of confidence to start designing this into my parts.
