The colors are vivid and the shape has been well thought out. They could be used for stress relief? Yep. I’m using them to limber up my arthritic fingers and general improvement of strength and circulation. A good thing to have with you when boredom is seemingly in charge. You can even juggle with them, toss them to your bored teenager or take a chance with your boss. Perfect density, factory instructions aren’t necessary. These eggs can’t be fried. **Q: wondering if anyone has seen improvement in hand pain?**
A: I use mine throughout the day for about 5 minutes each time. I’ve noticed some improvement but not a lot.  I’ve had mine for about a month. They don’t seem to hurt so I will continue using them. My doctor says it probably will take a while to see noticeable improvement.

**Q: Cell phone grip**
A: I was hoping the balls were a little softer. They are very stiff for weak hands

**Q: Can they be used hot or cold?**
A: I’m not sure.  I just used them room temperature.

**Q: Is putty or balls better for hand exercise therapy?**
A: I think both will be beneficial. I use the rubber egg to help with arthritis and neuropathy.
