Most gluten free cookies are hard and taste like sawdust.  These are soft oatmeal raisin and with the addition of cinnamon they are truly delicious.  They come in two cookies packets which is perfect as you don't have to open a whole box.  Easy to take with you on the run.  They are pricey, but they taste great and meet dietary requirements.  Highly recommend.

This is one of the best oatmeal cookies I have tasted! I had to triple check that it was safely gluten free! This is one of my new favorite GF treats! I'm so happy I discovered this brand! It has a little bit of chewy texture and it's not awfully dry like some other GF products can be, and has just the right combo of raisins and cinnamon! If you're an oatmeal raisin cookie fan, and also celiac or gluten intolerant, these are worth it!*i tried the chocolate chip and was not as thrilled with the texture personally, but if you are a fan of the soft baked store brands, then you'd probably enjoy the chocolate chip variety as well.
