The only downside is that it can be difficult to zip up the main pocket due to the frame, but it's also useful as because of the frame it stays open for a good rummage. It fits my Mac, iPad, 1litre Stanley flask, wallet, etc with no problems. I've been using it daily and there are no signs of wear, very comfortable too!
