Review: Cures rock solid! Great product - I did my exterior walls I my basement with this prior to finishing the rooms. I followed the directions except I used phosphoric acid to etch the walls instead of sulfuric acid or the dry lok brand etch. Used a garden sprayer to apply acid per phosphoric prep and etch directions and then rinsed with fresh water with a garden sprayer. Let dry for a day or two then painted 2 thick coats. Get the biggest nap roller you can find and slop it all over. Then take a cheap brush and fill in any pinholes after the paint flashes for about 30 mins. When all the pin holes are filled after several hours I applied another thick coat. After about two days this paint hardened up like concrete. I feel confident it will last a long time and provide a good level of water proofing and vapor barrier on my exterior sub level foundation blocks. Review: Don’t waste your money - I purchased this in February, today I finally decided to tackle my project, opened the can and saw this! I can barely get the stir stick in there. It’s chunky and separated. Nothing I can do with this. I’m hoping to get a replacement or my money back even though it’s outside of return time. It waterproofs the entire shower stall, provides a skid free surface. Seems to inhibit mold and mildew. I give it a fresh coat about once a year and that's it.
