This folded egg in particular, I love because when you heat (no cooking required) it to the right temperature; it's heaven on bread or bagel. It has the texture, consistency, taste (not eggy but familar to it), and even a scent similar to egg. It more than replaces the real thing. The trick is to make thses 4 into *8. They come in a big enough size that you just break in half and it'll still be suitable for your meal.
