The chain mail has been nothing but amazing for getting crap off pots of all kinds. The scrapers have been solid buys as well. The slotted scraper doesn't fit my lodge grill pan tight enough for my taste and requires more work than a brush. The flat scraper is similar. This one is interesting.The Chain ScrubberThe round chains are thick made of stainless steel. I first thought I wouldn't need this, so I started with the regular dish metal scrubber, which has some pointy edges that were ruining my seasoning and not making the scrubbing difficult.... but this round chained scrubber is fantastic! After you rinse the cast iron for a few seconds, it effortlessly cleanses away any mess. It does the job firmly, yet gently enough as to not be abrasive to the seasoning! We've been using it for a year and it still hasn't shown a sign of rust.Silicone handleThis seems to be made wide enough as to fit many regular skillets. It fits all my skillet handles so well! I love that it makes cooking much safer. This silicone handle is well-made and does not transfer the heat to your hand.The Plastic ScrapersThe distinctly shaped scrapers are supposed to be designed to remove leftover food. I find them unnecessary. The scrubber can already do the same well enough. Actually, I've used the plastic scrapers, and have seen how the plastic easily wears out on the cast iron as I'm trying to "clean" (.... so here I am cooking with cast iron for a healthier living, but cleaning it with a plastic scraper that is wearing out on my cast iron. To me, it's obvious that the worn out plastic is left as a residue in my cast iron, and later on, I'll be eating that in my food--not good.)For this to be the perfect set to sell, I would replace the 2 flat scrapers with a scrub brush instead. The brush is so pleasantly helpful when the cast iron has very little traces of food and only needs some brushing under running water....
