I just used this product. Just paint a thick coat on let it sit for about 30 mins rinse and repeat. I’ve done 3 skulls and have half a bottle left. **Q: How do I go from dark brown to light brown?** A: I am not a professional, but I believe the peroxide itself won't do the job. I usually use decoloration powder (bleach powder) to get my hair lighter. Depending on the time I leave it on my hair it gets lighter and lighter. But if you leave it for too long it will damage your hair. If you have never done it, I recommend you go to a professional, or if you are crazy like me, just watch some videos on youtube. **Q: Is this a 16 oz likke it showes?** A: Yes **Q: Will this bleach hair?** A: This is the developer that you mix with the bleach powder. I’d use the 30 volume though if you aren’t experienced.
