    old songs reworked

    Generally when an established  band does a cover record it means that the record company is bugging them for product or the band is doing this to end their contract with them . However these songs are not note foe note covers. A lot of them are better than the original record! some of the old stuff done here  was originally done by pink Floyd, Crosby-stills&nash and others. It is nice to hear these songs redone by someone that can actually sing! For example Pink Floyd had one of the worst singers in the history of rock. I could never understand how a band with a crappy singer could be such huge stars. Geoff Tate is a world class vocalist who really makes these songs his!

    This is an updated review to my prior comments - my initial review noted that my CD arrived with a broken case.  Unexpectedly Megahit Records contacted me directly and offered to send me a new case.  What amazing customer service!!!!!  I am so impressed that they not only take the time to read reviews but they take the extra step to address and remedy the concern with the customer - even something as small as a broken CD case.  Two thumbs up.  Wish all retailers cared for their customers in this way.
