On the other hand if you're a ham radio operator looking to add a 2 watt 10DB attenuator to your collection without breaking the bank then this is what you're looking for. It comes in a very nice foam fitted case with end caps to protect it, if I had to find something to complain about It would be the laser etching which is a little light and difficult to read. It seems to have been machined and put together well, and the connections fit together smoothly. At my frequency of interest, the attenuation I observed was within 0.1dB of the listed 10dB value. I'm very happy with that and it has delivered the same level of performance I've gotten from much more expensive attenuators in the past. Once again, Becen delivers excellent value in RF products.
