This is the only way I can review this is how I use it. I am a 69 year old redneck and have several health issues that had me taking more pills than I have problems and not get'n any better. So, I'm replacing drugs with natural products. I am using beet powder to make juice. Honestly it's nasty. Honey raw also very good for ya. So I mixed it with the beet juice, sweet dirt. The tart cherry is tart but good for for you in a number of ways, fighting inflammation is a big one. So I mix the tart cherry, beet and honey for a not to bad drink that is super good for you. Really helps with the inflammation in my joints and I get a good boost of energy in the morning and fel'm better throughout the day.

Hope to always have affordable organic tart cherry powder available.
