**Q: Does it have padding?**
A: Nope, no padding. The material is thick enough that it smooths out nipples.

**Q: I'm a 30f (32ddd) and am concerned the s/m will be too small in the cup and the m/l will be too big in the band. what size? how is support?**
A: I am a DD and its a tiny bit small in cup but I am a 38. May be worth trying you can always try and return... it's super comfy and much more supportive than other bandeaus I have tried!

On the recommendation of a Youtuber I regularly watch, I ordered this bandeau bra. Like other reviewers say, it is kind of sheer and I would personally need to insert some pads to help in that department. However, the size is an issue with me and therefore I am sending it back.  I am a 36D, 5'4" and usually fluctuate between 118lbs and 130 lbs.  I put on weight pretty evenly but do naturally carry a little extra on my back and around my upper rib cage. I ordered the M/L in this bra - (1) It was too small to adequately cover my breasts and (2) a little too loose around the ribcage.  I felt that an XL would cover my breasts and a Small would better fit around the ribs.  No adjusting is available on this style.
