What do i use??** A: We watched a few youtube videos. I think we ended up using rubbing alcohol. They slip right on when they are wet, but water won't dry and alcohol will. Good luck. **Q: We just noticed that these are for BMX not scooters. Do they fit on scooters too?** A: Yes, I made them fit. Use hair spray to slide them on. You may have to trim them as well. **Q: What can we use to help get them on our sons scooter ? as we are having a Very hard time getting even one on .** A: You can use a small amount of windex or window cleaner on the bars. Then the grips should slide on easily. The windex will also act as a glue when it dries and it will keep the grips on. Hope this helps!!! **Q: Will they fit on Xootr scooters? Thanks.** A: if the bars are anythink like a razors or anything like a regular truck scooter it should fit ## Frequently Bought Together - ODI MX Longneck SL No Flange Grip - ODI Downhill Number Plate, Ag, Black - Suruid Super Bright LED Bike Light, USB Rechargeable Bicycle Headlight, Waterproof Bike Headlight, Waterproof Bike Headlight,Daytime Running Light,MTB Off-Road Cycling Commuting --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pe/products/2137567-odi-mx-longneck-sl-no-flange-grip](https://www.desertcart.pe/products/2137567-odi-mx-longneck-sl-no-flange-grip) --- *Product available on Desertcart Peru* *Store origin: PE* *Last updated: 2026-10-17*
