(Need bearded chin coverage- 6.75in to 7in.)** A: Yes **Q: Disposable, but does that mean a daily change or can they last a few days if going outside is very limited.?** A: The result of a lot of search, for me, is that you shuld change daily, but you can use usually 3 times, one or two said 3 or 4 times -- but (and I think this was CDC, you should not use them on consecutive days. The should rest for at least 3 days and they sugest putting it i a paper bag. So, since the beginning, I have hung mine carefully so as not to touch each other, always washing my hands afterwards. They stay there at least 3 days, if not 4. In this way, I rotate them.. When they get makeup on them, or I feel they have been handled a lot, or I have been in a high risk place (crowded indoors, or not great air circulation inside, even small cafe, I toss them. Also, always the better you can breath through almost any mask, the least protective they are. I am immunocompromised and usually wore an 3M 8210 (cup style) , sometimes with a medical mask on top. The breathing is not easy, but doable, and they are tight but you are as well protected as you can be. Now, I have purchased the more recent 3M 1870+ and the 3M 9210+, the best out for protection right now. Check them out. They have added features, including for comfort, completely different ly shaped. But, I am also now buying some type of medial or nonmedical (like these) pleated masks, maybe when I go out to walk or know that I am with friend also masked and fully vaccinated. But when I wear the pleated ones, I always wear two. This is the life of a high risk person, and not sure when, if ever, I will unmask. One last thing, when reading the research, even with the CDC, check out the date, because suggestions about mask care and use sometimes get altered as they learn more, and you will sometimes see conflicting info because one is outdated. Take care, everyone!! **Q: are these maks more on the smaller size?** A: Average to smaller size. Would fit a teenager fine, a toddler no. They are very snug and the ear loops are a bit short.
