**Q: Is it blank paper?**
A: Yes, it’s blank and with a smooth surface.  I’m using it for pen and ink.

**Q: Is this paper Plate finish or semi smooth?  The picture says semi smooth, the description says plate.**
A: An EXCELLENT question! I had purchased this paper before and it was, indeed, semi-smooth. But the newest batch I picked up (here and at an online art supply store) are clearly PLATE finish. I do not recommend it if you want a little tooth to your paper.
