At first glance they seem small but actually hold a fair amount. The texture feels different from most plastics and paper but they seem fairly durable: held together quite well until introduced to water. And speaking of: they dissolve very quickly, especially with a little agitation or moving water! Tried them in fresh and salt water and they dissolved within seconds.
