A: Until the top gets golden brown. I don’t remember, but maybe about 20 minutes at 350. Check at about 15 minutes

**Q: Can this be used as a cannele mold?**
A: Probably, but I would spray the mold first with non stick spray to be safe, or a dusting of flour.

**Q: What is the approximate volume of the individual pieces?**
A: Hello, 
The total capacity for the Tea Cakes and Candies Pan is 2.5 cups. 
The finished baking capacity for each mold is 1.3 Tablespoons~
Always leave room for your batter to rise.
The cavities are approximately 1.75 inches across and .75 inch tall.
