But I was not disappointed with the performance. Every instrument is clearly rendered, and the overall sound has plenty of room to breathe. On "The Funeral", when the vocals and guitar give way to the whole band after the first verse, it's like being hit in the face with an icy gust of wind. The first strum of "The Great Salt Lake" grabs you by the shoulders and pushes you through the door.
