The description says made with materials for covered outdoor weather conditions. What does that mean, lanai (full sun) ok?** A: I used it around my front door and it was subject to cold cold temperatures. Held up very good and is nice and full!! **Q: Can these plug into each other. 4 in a row?** A: Yes, I just did 3 in a row but worked fine. **Q: Can you plug two strands together** A: I have 4 strands plugged in together and have had no problems. This is my 3rd year hanging them in my archway. **Q: How long is the "plug in" cord?** A: Maybe 2 -3ft. Sorry, won't know for certain until unpacked at Christmas.
