**Q: Can I use this with a tripod?**
A: The tripod mounting hole is the standard 1/4 inch mounting hole.

**Q: Does anyone know how to turn the auto focus off?**
A: For windows at least, I just did this.
1. Go to camera app
2. Go to video option
3. On left side there are two options. One for brightness, one for focus
4. Set your camera in the spot you wish for it to be
5. Manually focus your camera for where you will be sitting or whatever you are working on is focused
6. Exit camera app and open whatever you are trying todo
7. We do Facebook lives and it saved the settings so it didn’t keep auto focusing, I can’t speak or verify for any other app other than Facebook live.

A: 2022 UPDATE: Please download the software from nexigo.com/software, you can also adjust the camera settings according to your personal preference.

For our new shipment, the over-exposure and contrast issues are no longer there. If you still have the problem, please contact our support for a discount compensation.

To adjust the contrast and brightness, you can use Skype to change it and it will be applied globally. On Skype, select Tools > Options > Video Settings > Webcam settings.
