Did the full charge before using. Only comment on that is it is really hard to see the red charging light. You need to tilt the speaker and really look for the light. I wish that was a bit brighter. Sound is good for a little speaker, I took it to work to make my coworkers enjoy some holiday music on a Friday afternoon. It sounded good and kept a good long charge. We had played with it some the night before so I can't give a true play time for that first charge. It sinks really easily with my iPhone. We got this to take on vacation and use around the yard when working or enjoying cocktails on the back patio. I'll be sure to update if we have any issues after a few more weeks of use. ### ⭐ No Bass! I imagine it would do well in a bathroom.Anyway, if you decide to try it, you can always return it and get a refund immediately.
