Very scratch resistant against anything below a 4 on the mohs hardness scale, but can be easily scratched by any metal or sharp stone. On my particular product, the bevel moulding has stated the yellow slightly due to UV radiation, but the glass-fiber part is still very clear. I am very impressed with its durability, with only the glue starting to unadhere after over a year of daily torture and abuse. I would highly recommend this product to anyone - even over super-protective cases, such as otterbox. It's grippy without being so sticky that lint gets stuck to it. It fits perfectly over my glass screen protector without warping it and wraps around the front of the device providing a lip so the front of the screen doesn't touch the surface. I ordered the rose gold color and it is clear with just a hint of pink. Very pretty. I liked it so much I ordered another one in a different color. Only time will tell if it will discolor with age. I haven't dropped my ipod in this case, so I can't speak for protection, but I feel like it will offer minimal protection for a short drop. The cut outs seem to be spot on and I had no trouble plugging in 3rd party accessories. Buttons are easy to press. All in all, it's a good case for the price I paid. I think it should be closer to the $6 - $8 mark since it's just TPU, but I got free shipping, so not complaining!
