I have a skin problem and when I get warm in bed I start scratching, these pillow inserts are brilliant and really keep my temperature down enabling me to get a good nights sleep.

This was fine thank you. It was not expensive and it helped to cool the hot flushes down. It works gently though and may not be enough for people who require an extreme temperature change.

I've been investing in these for years, and they make a huge difference to my comfort when sleeping. I think that's all about personal preference though - it can be the best gel pad in the world, but it might still not be for you.The quality is good, and the gel contents appears to be generous. Others can be a little thin and lacking, buy this one is good quality. The cold sensation you get is great, and for the money I would say this is an excellent investment.As a side note, I have used these for pets during summer months and they love them. It makes a big difference helps keep the comfortable.

It’s good but the only thing is when u put it on ur pillow it tends to slide off even in ur pillow cover and gets warm like ur pillow just takes like 5mins however great product

Bit floppy and can cause scratch in face from edges when sleeping. Better if place in fridge and use it on hotter nights in freezer! On the downside This version of mat gets very wet when defrosting as it is a smoother surface and tends to drip!
