I'm a big believer in replacing radiator caps every couple of years because a leaking radiator cap will kill your motor quick. Great price. great fit, works great Review: A Great Cap - This cap seems to be the ticket for Powerstrokes. I seemed to be always be losing a little antifreeze on my '00 F350 7.3L. With this cap, that has stopped. Just tighten up fairly firmly and that's it - this cap will NOT click like the old one. Thanks to Bill Hewitt at Powerstroke Help for pointing out this common Powerstroke radiator cap problem to me in an emailed video link. It can be especially bad for the newer 6.0L Powerstokes to operate with the standard Motorcraft cap that seems to have a short lifespan and stops maintaining correct cooling system pressure.
