I was missing an item and the bokashi bran busted open during shipping, but the seller was very gracious in sending me the items that were missing and a new 5 lb bag of bran. They’re a very nice company. I really am enjoying the composter. If you like composting, this is a great way to do it bc you have no nasty smell from your indoor bucket. The bacteria/yeast in the bran ferment your scraps and it’s sealed as well. I love it, I love the company. According to the seller, it is 'normal' to have bugs in your compost bucket inside the kitchen. I just found it too disgusting to open it up and see all the nasty mold and bugs so close to where we cook and eat. It was also hard to install the spigot. I don't know what I was doing wrong, but I never had any 'tea' to drain.
