Well made and sturdy. Not very sure about the outer lip which makes it too large for placing in a water bath pan. I would have had to purchase additional pans to accommodate this issue. Otherwise it’s a fantastic piece ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just made my best cheesecake ever *by on Reviewed in the United States 3 March 2024* I always use a water bath for my cheesecakes so I wrapped this with two layers of heavy duty tin foil (a layer in two directions). The only pan I could find to fit this in was my broiler pan, but for my next one I will buy the 13 in. pan someone suggested. My recipe said not to try moving it off the bottom of pan, but with Daddios cake lifter it was no problem to move it to a cake plate.
