Review: Great for home daycare! - These are great tools for anyone working with younger kids or developmentally disabled. I use it in my home daycare with children ages 2-4 years old. When they are having big feelings I’ll show them the mirror along with the corresponding picture that matches their feelings. They will usually pause and stare at it for a good while. I talk about the feeling they see and are feeling. It’s a great visual for them! I use it to teach about feelings as well, and we go over all of the various pictures (happy, sad, silly, angry, afraid, etc) while each child in the mirror and makes that kind of face (whatever one is shown at the time). The kids all love it and seem to approach it with intense curiosity. It’s been a great tool for helping them to identify their feelings in the moment :) so far it seems pretty durable, though I do keep an eye on them when they are using it. The size is good for them as well and it’s easy for little hands to handle.
Review: Such a good tool for speech/recognition of emotions - This is excellent for kid’s who need to learn how to make their facial muscles do different things. It’s easy to hold, they can mimic the photos with the mirror, and you can talk with them about emotions. Our speech and Occupational therapists have loved this as a learning tool. Would recommend!!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Made of ABS or what? What material is the mirror?**
A: I'm not sure exactly. It may be a sticker. It's not breakable.
I use it in my preschool calm down corner and the children have used it unsupervised all year and it is in perfect condition.

**Q: is this ok for a six year old or is it for younger children?**
A: A 6 year old might like it. Most kids like to look at themselves in the mirror and make faces. My 2 and 4 year old have enjoyed it. Not a toy that they play with for hours on end though. Good for teaching emotions.

**Q: is the mirror glass & is the mirror itself unbreakable?**
A: We have a two year old and a one year old who play rough and it’s been good for months already. I would recommend

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If they love mirrors and looking at other people, this is Perfect! (please make a plain one!!)
*by N***Y on April 24, 2026*

Love this for my daughter (who has autism and she is 29) She loves looking in a mirror and does like the kids on the sides. The only thing that would of made it better, would have another choice of all blank sides, with a sheet of stickers that we could print other people (like family members) to put them on it. Going to purchase another one now, to make all family. (now that i made the size to print them to fit) Its a great item!
