**Q: how long does the battery last**
A: I don't know how long the battery lasts, but the Bluetooth connection SUCKS! I put my phone in my pocket, and it disconnects. I have to reconnect it to Bluetooth every 5 minutes some of the time. Very frustrating.

The advertisement and the box stated that you could download the application from Apple or Google. But the company went out of business and the application is not supported. Therefore I was sold this item that can only be used as a decorative necklace and not for it's true purpose. I feel totally misled

I'm still getting familiar with my Cuff but love the Lisa - looks like a classy piece of jewelry. I'm a Realtor and this is a great "risk management" option as l often meet clients at vacant homes as well as holding open house events where you never know who may come in.
