A: Hello, our 3x3 Reusable hot or cold gel packs have no time limit inside the freezer.

**Q: How many ounces of gel does each one contain?  i need to know if the produck will pass a tsa check.**
A: I'm not exactly sure, but each pouch looks about one ounce or less.

**Q: How long do they stay cold?**
A: Hello! Our ice packs typically stay cold for up to 20 minutes, which is the recommended time for hot or cold therapy.

**Q: Can you heat these packs safely in microwave?**
A: Yes, you can heat the gel ice packs in the microwave, but they have to be submerged in water. All you need to do is fill a microwave-safe container with water and completely submerge the pack. Heat for no more than 10 seconds at a time until the desired temperature is reached and always heat from room temperature. You may also just heat up some water and submerge the pack in it again for no more than 10 seconds at a time until the desired temperature is reached.
