My teeth would often feel coated by 5:00 or so but this ionic toothbrush works like magic. My teeth feel clean all day, and food particles don't seem to have many places to grab on to now. Also I swear my teeth are brighter and whiter too (not being paid for this). Just wet your hand and keep a wet finger on the metal pad. That's it. I can be messy with toothpaste so I sometimes rinse the metal pad as I go. I just know this will help at my next dentist visit too! I'll be looking to get the whole family hooked up with this.
