Review: Great pan! - -I had this pan for a while and just used it the other day. I like it because it's deep, which allows room for various fillings. I made a caramel pecan tart, which I have made many times, and the pan worked great, no sticking. It can be tricky to separate the pan from the tart so non stick is important to keep the crust intact. I also have the Nordic Ware big round spatula which I use to separate the crust from the bottom of the pan. I have many Nordic Ware products and recommend them highly.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Queen of Tart Pans

I am new to making tarts and quiche. The choices available on Amazon are overwhelming. Every pan has its supporters and detractors, so choosing is difficult. I bought 3 different pans. A really deep and large pan, Daddyo. A short but large diameter no-name pan from France, and then this one. This one is perfect. It fits a pre-rolled crust flawlessly. It releases the crust without any problem and it is so well engineered and made. It the only tart pan I've seen that has a rolled edge to the removable section. I suspect this is to ensure that the pan doesn't leak. It doesn't and I thought the rolled edge was a nice point of engineering finesse.
