I ordered large because I have a 7 inch wrist. So if you have larger than 7 inch wrist the large will work. I snag my bands all the time working but they have only came lose a handful of times and I noticed it immediately because it took some pressure. I actually tore the band loose from my Fitbit once. I have been extremely satisfied with these. I expected the thin area to break at the large hole easily but that wasn't the case. I know I can get at least a year out of one no issue....and with the multipack....I have spares.I wear my fitbits at work, sleep, and even shower. I try to only take it off to dry it or clean it.
