I notified Omez lighting and they promised to send a bag the next day. 30 days later, they did not send anything out. Their excuse was that they were too busy.I even spoke with the owner who said they were too busy to send one out.Additionally, the product comes with THOUSANDS of tiny aluminum metal shrouds in the bag that will get all over your carpet and are VERY VERY sharp.In my honest opinion, these are not worth saving a few bucks for.
