Great bands
The bands are the best I’ve used! Highly recommend. The bands come in different resistance levels so they can be used for exercises or what ever fitness level you are at. I also adore the colours! Definitely worth the money

Quality, would recommend
Great resistant bands, my teenage son uses these in his daily Gym workouts. We had aSilicone set but they pulled on his hairy thighs every time he used them so he stopped using them, these are great asThey don’t pinch his hairs and stay in place. At £20 they are quite pricy for what they actually are, it mentions it includes a free ebook but nothing came with it to download and no email received either but there Is plenty of Info online guiding you if all the different ways you can use them

Amazing bands & service
Great bands, love the 3 different sizes great for different exercises! The colours are so nice and great quality. Also the deliver was very quick especially considering the current circumstances! VERY HAPPY :)
