## Description

How often to replace pillows?
It's recommended to replace your pillows at least every 2 years. Over time, pillows lose their shape and elasticity, leading to reduced support.
Signs it's time to replace your pillow?
If you wake up with a sore neck frequently or notice discolouration or stains on your pillow, it's time for a replacement. Stains indicate moisture and sweat buildup, compromising hygiene.
How to wash pillows?
Most pillows should be washed regularly, ideally once a week, along with your bedding. However, memory foam or latex pillows may require special care. Check the label for specific guidelines.
How to dispose of pillows?
When disposing of old pillows, avoid throwing them in the general waste. Instead, consider recycling options such as taking them to recycling banks, checking if your local council offers recycling collection, or donating them.
How to break in new pillows?
New pillows, especially memory foam ones, may feel stiff initially. Simply lying on them will help soften the fibres over a few days. Washing new pillows before use can also help soften them.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great value for money.

Good quality, comfortable, medium softness. Zero complaints/criticism.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sweet Dreams
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 27 June 2026*

Medium-soft feel to head and face but very gently supportive for neck and shoulders. Keeps it's shape overnight and doesn't flatten.Ideal for those who dont like a hard or too bouncy pillow.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ok but yet to find pillow perfection
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 22 December 2025*

Lovely pillows - very very big and thick initially and comfy, good quality and well made, but they do tend to flatten quite quickly which is a shame. Having said that, I'm yet to find a pillow that doesn't. I'm not sure if I'd buy again or keep searching for the perfect pillow, but they are ok and not too expensive so I'm happy
