Our neighbors told us about this product after I complained about the staining on our historic home which has a slate roof. We sprayed this literally no BS 1 time August of last year 2021. I took the second pic a week ago in September 2022. Our neighbors told us it takes a long time for it to work but omg it actually works! I’m stunned lol! I should’ve sprayed it again and now I will this was all black in person like thick crud from old trees that likely hung over here and dropped crud and created mold and gunk. There are other places on the house I can’t reach but need to get clever with ladders and maybe throw a hose up to a window and spray from there. But seriously if you have a stained roof and don’t want to kill your expensive slates and landscaping below. Use this!

Smooth transaction. Arrived fairly quickly. Used to remove mold and mildew stains on our shed. No other product works like this does. Pricey but worth it, I guess.

I have a vinyl sided house. The north facing side gets a light buildup of green algae by the spring off each year. In the past I got "soft washing" which did a great job in killing and cleaning the algae buildup. Unfortunately the Softwash was a chlorine based product and not particularly healthy for the shrubs or grass. Plus it was very expensive. I decided to try Wet and Forget and was pleasantly surprised how quickly it cleaned up the green algae. I sprayed it on at 11:00 AM and by 5:00 PM, the same day I could not see any trace go the green algae. It worked equally well on some concrete and moss that got sprayed. The spray unit has a builtin selector to turn the spray on/off, water only and foamy cleaner. Make sure that when you are ready to clean, you put the selector all the way to the :right" clean position. If you get a foamy spray you got it set properly. I have a hose shut off prior to the hose attachment to the sprayer, you don't need one of those but I found it easier to turn the water on and off using my hose attachment. It is working much better than anticipated. Make sure you peel off the label and read/follow the instructions. Note, the spray units use a special formula/concentration. Thus you need to buy the refills that fit the sprayer, you can't buy the gallon version of the product and use it in the Wet and Forget sprayer. The gallon version is for dilution and use in a hand pump sprayer.

Purchased this for a roof treatment, Put on one application and a week goes by with a few heavy rains. Big ole nothing burger, decide what the heck give it a second application encase of user error, another week and still not seeing an improvement. Mixed a diy option with bleach in a sprayer, spray down an area on my roof, wait 20 mins and rinse with a hose. Instant improvement!Decided to reach out to the company to ask for a partial refund and send the one bottle back since it was unopened, I'm perfectly happy paying for the bottle I used even if results were not desirable. Got told product will improve my roof over the course of 6 months and they 100% stand behind their product so no refund...Ok great but I improved my roof with a $4 bottle of bleach and some water in about an hour. So that was a fun Ole $75 down the tubes. It may work for others but on roof applications that need stain removal look elsewhere.

Great product. Kills mold and mildew on vinyl siding.

Jury is still out on how well the product works. I had lichen - yellow stuff and moss - green fluffy stuff on my concrete roof tiles. I used the hose applicator and this stuff goes fast. I did not get close to the 2000 square feet advertised. Not sure if my applicator is defective, but I used both bottles and still ran out without finishing. I contacted product support to describe the issue and they took compensated me so i give 4 stars because company stands behind their product. I will update to see if the lichen and moss is gone, but I will give it some time as I think the cleaning needs rain and wind and not sure if we will get any more rain this season.

Easy to use. Just hook up hose turn on water and spray. Photographs first 2 before spraying, second 2 after spray and waiting a week or two . May need a good rain to wash off or hose it off with hose after that time. We had not had any rain so i had to spray it down. If so e stubborn may need reuse product or brush off with soft broom? I did couple years back pressure wash and scrub method. This stuff is way easier. Thanks.Update 2021: tried using it again in 2021 after storing inside for winter . The sprayer assembly blew apart when I turned on the nozzle all the inside nozzle pieces exploded out the front. Called wet and forget 1-888-.... they were extremely helpful. Shipping me a new nozzle assembly. Hoping it was just a defective plastic piece.
