Our AC power plug wiggled while connected and had to be in JUST the right spot to actually charge. This is an easy fix and I'd say medium electronic confidence for replacing it. Not skill but confidence to open your laptop and start removing screws from inside.Easy peasy but for anyone confident here is my suggestion, take your time, take pics before you remove your old one and use the Pic for reference when installing the new one.
