One first chose the eightbit brand to save some money after reading solid reviews. After 24 hrs on the board and being able to compare it to the Penny - we were back online ordering the Penny &'selling the 8bit. The girls LOVE these boards!! They are really well made & come in awesome color combos. 5 kids on our street own them and I love watching them ride together! Yes they are pricey, but in my view it helps keep them outside & active! The boards are sturdy & slightly flexible to allow for easy maneuverability. They are small enough to fit in a backpack - this is definitely going to be the toy of the summer!
