Guyana Legends: Folk Tales of the Indigenous Amerindians

I needed a book that included folk tales and stories of Amerindian peoples around the Caribbean basin. I had found some things in the past, but this book was a great anthology Native American legends from Northern South America. From these stories, my students were able to begin to imagine the diversity of ethnicity and identity in a pre-Colombian Amerindia.
