They were difficult to use at first because they are so unstable. I have been using them now for about 6months. My bench max has gone from 265lbs to 285lbs. I only use these for my chest workout now. I do about 3 sets per day when I get home from work I love it. Be careful on the ab extensions I almost tore a muscle when I first started. They are very sturdy, I haven't had any issues with them.
