It’s light weight and takes a child’s amount of effort to push, the heavyweight rubber squeegee part is all one piece, so no more broken tips, it’s super thin so you don’t need a lot of pressure for it to capture the water, and the rubber is soft enough that it molds to the shape of the floor and creates the perfect seal. The floor area I am responsible for after the business closes has a lot of small, tight-cornered areas. I have used larger( 30") squeegees that worked but were cumbersome to use. This small bladed(18") much lighter squeege does a great job cleaning the floor, and it is much easier to manuver in the cramped area that I use it in. I did not rate it's durability because I've used it for two weeks. I actually used it earlier than expected when my dog tipped over his bowl while eating dinner. I was able to collect the mess quickly, cable and wet food, and put it into a pile to scoop up with a smaller squeegee and dustpan set.
